Phase 3: Post-Workshop Application
Application Projects (one to six months)
People learn best by doing. So an integral part of The BSL is helping participants put their new learning to work on your organization's real problems or opportunities. Four action learning teams will tackle a project from marketing, operations, finance or purpose/culture. The BSL instructors work with them along the way to support their work and provide additional resources as needed. Each team builds knowledge around their chosen challenge or opportunity and brings back solutions and recommendations to senior management.
Continuing Reference Readings
Recommendations are provided for participants' ongoing learning: module bibliography selections, copies of relevant articles, and topically related books.
